A three-day safari, one will experience the natural splendor of KwaZulu Natal. Totaling at 55 hours, guests will experience game drives in Nambiti and Spionkop Nature Reserves; A Battefields Tour, and a visit to the world-famous Ardmore Pottery Ceramics Studio.
Rack Rate one way, the Pullman Suite is R11, 000; The Deluxe Suite is R16, 500, and the Royal Suite is R22, 000.
Regular Journeys on the Rovos Rail are Pretoria to Cape Town; Garden Route between Cape Town and George (with a wine estate excursion); and a journey to Victoria Falls via Botswana to Zimbabwe.
Rovos Rail offers accommodations with a perfect balance of pre-war travel and modern amenities. Each suite is individually air-conditioned with accommodations of twin or double beds. All Royal Suites have private lounge areas, full en-suite bathrooms and Victorian bath. While Deluxe Suites have lounge areas and private en suite bathrooms.
The Rovos Rail consists of two classic “Pride of Africa” trains, each having a maximum of 72 passengers, and an Edwardian train with a capacity of 42 passengers. All run scheduled routes in conjunction with the Rovos Rail’s three classic aircrafts.
